摘要
明清医家冯兆张认为,小儿虽性禀纯阳,阳有余而阴不足,血气壅实,易于生热、生风、生痰,疾病亦多属火、属实,然而小儿之阳非实也,而是肾阴不足导致阳气相对偏盛,且由于外在环境的影响以及父辈性情、生活方式的改变,小儿多禀先天不足,或为阳气不足,或为阴血不足,病多虚损。故治疗当审其先天禀赋,以调整阴阳虚实,切忌因小儿为纯阳之体而肆用疏散、消导、寒凉之法,以免伤及阳气,致其既受伤于病,而复受伤于药。
FENG Zhaozhang,a doctor in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,holds that although children’s innate constitutions are of pure yang,with surplus yang and deficient yin as well as blocked and excessive blood and qi,which are easy to generate heat,wind and phlegm,so most diseases are related to fire and excess.However,children’s yang is not excess-yang,but is relative exuberance of yangqi caused by the deficiency of kidney-yin.In addition,due to the influence of the external environment and the changes in the temperament and lifestyle of their parents,children are mostly of congenital insufficiency,or of insufficiency of yangqi,or of insufficiency of blood,and many diseases are consumptive.Therefore,the treatment should differentiate their congenital endowment to adjust the deficiency and excess of yin and yang.The overuse of the methods such as dispelling,promoting digestion to remove food retention as well as cold and cooling is strongly discouraged,just because children’s innate constitutions are of pure yang,so as not to damage yangqi,resulting in both injury from the disease and re-injury from the medicine.
