摘要
目的探讨基于失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)的管理模式在提高静脉药物配置中心抗肿瘤药物配置合理性中的应用价值。方法选取2020年6月至2022年6月经静脉药物配置中心配置抗肿瘤药物的600例患者作为研究对象,其中包括2020年6月至2021年6月未实施基于FMEA的管理模式(干预前)的300例患者和2021年7月至2022年6月实施基于FMEA的管理模式(干预后)的300例患者。比较干预前、后的药物配置情况。结果基于FMEA的管理模式干预后各项失效模式的优先风险数值(RPN)较干预前均明显下降。基于FMEA的管理模式干预后的药品不合理配置率显著低于干预前(P<0.05)。基于FMEA的管理模式干预后的配药及时率、配药准确率、成品输液合格率显著高于干预前(P<0.05)。基于FMEA的管理模式干预后的管理质量各项评分及总分均显著高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论基于FMEA的管理模式能有效减少静脉药物配置中心抗肿瘤药物不合理配置情况,提高配药质量,也能提高医务人员管理质量,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application value of management mode based on failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)in improving the rationality of antitumor drug allocation in pharmacy intravenous admixture services.Methods A total of 600 patients who were assigned with antitumor drug through pharmacy intravenous admixture services from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,including 300 patients who did not implement management mode based on FMEA from June 2020 to June 2021(before intervention)and 300 patients who implemented management mode based on FMEA from July 2021 to June 2022(after intervention).The drug allocation before and after intervention was compared.Results After intervention of the management mode based on FMEA,the risk priority number(RPN)of each failure mode decreased significantly compared with that before intervention.The irrational rate of drug allocation after intervention of management mode based on FMEA was significantly lower than that before intervention(P<0.05).The timely dispensing rate,dispensing accuracy rate and qualified rate of finished infusion after intervention of management mode based on FMEA were significantly higher than those before intervention(P<0.05).The scores of each project of management quality and total score after intervention of management mode based on FMEA were significantly higher than those before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The management mode based on FMEA can effectively reduce the irrational allocation of antitumor drug in thepharmacy intravenous admixture services,improve the dispensing quality,and improve the management quality of medical personnel,which is worth promoting.
