基于真实问题的《电子政务》教学改革实践

摘要 将来源于我国电子政务建设实践的真实问题融入教学内容中,可以起到为落实立德树人根本任务提供抓手、支撑专业培养目标和促进课程教学目的高质量达成的作用。本科《电子政务》课程中真实问题的发掘,可以从教师和学生两个角度进行,并以教学例证、案例分析、情景化辩论三种方式加以组织开发。在教学实践中,通过应用启发—回归式和面向问题式两种基于真实问题的教学方法,在学生成绩、综合能力培养、思政效果方面都取得了明显提升。 The integration of real problems derived from the practice of e-government construction in China into the teaching content can play a role in providing a means for implementing the fundamental task of establishing moral education,supporting the professional training objectives and promoting the high-quality achievement of the teaching objectives of the course.The discovery of real problems in the undergraduate E-government course can be carried out from two perspectives of teachers and students respectively,and organized and developed in three ways:teaching examples,case studies and situational debates.In teaching practice,by applying two heuristic-regressive and problem-oriented teaching methods based on real problems,significant improvement has been achieved in terms of student grade,comprehensive ability cultivation,and ideological and political education effect.
