摘要
目的:分析舒适护理在老年慢性心力衰竭护理中的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—12月广东省中医院大学城医院收治的老年慢性心力衰竭患者56例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各28例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予舒适护理,比较两组患者情绪状态、护理效果及生活质量。结果:护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);修改为观察组心率恢复至正常、水肿消失、气喘症状缓解及住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:舒适护理在老年慢性心力衰竭患者护理中的应用效果较好,可改善临床症状,加快病情康复,缓解不良情绪,提高生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of comfort nursing care in elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:A total of 56 elderly patients with chronic heart failure were selected as observation objects at Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine,University Town Hospital from January to December 2022,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with comfortable nursing.The emotional state,nursing effect and quality of life were compared bietween the two groups.Results:After nursing,the self-rating anxiety and depressive scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The time of heart rate returned to normal,edema disappeared,asthma symptoms were relieved and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The scores of physiological function,physical function,physical pain,general health,vitality,social function,emotional function and mental health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Comfort nursing has a good effect in the nursing of elderly patients with chronic heart failure,which can improve clinical symptoms,speed up the recovery of the disease,relieve negative emotions,and improve the quality of life.
