摘要
目的:探讨血液透析护理中舒适护理的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月泰州市人民医院收治的血液透析患者40例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各20例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取舒适护理。比较两组患者舒适度、睡眠质量、护理满意度、心理状态、生活质量及并发症发生率。结果:护理后,观察组舒适度、睡眠质量及护理满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表与抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理后,观察组心理功能、躯体功能、物质生活、社会功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037)。结论:在血液透析患者护理中开展舒适护理模式,能够有效提升患者舒适度、睡眠质量及满意度,改善患者心理及生活质量,有效减少并发症。
Objective:To explore the application effect of comfort nursing in hemodialysis nursing.Methods:Forty cases of hemodialysis patients admitted to Taizhou People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as observation subjects,and were divided into the control group and observation group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each with twenty cases.The control group adopted conventional nursing,and the observation group adopted comfort nursing on the basis of the control group.Compare the comfort,sleep quality,nursing satisfaction,psychological state,quality of life and complication rate of patients in the two groups.Results:After nursing,the comfort,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);After nursing,the scores of anxiety self-assessment scale and depression self-assessment scale of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);After nursing,the scores of psychological function,somatic function,material life and social function of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.037).Conclusion:Carrying out comfort nursing mode in the care of hemodialysis patients can effectively enhance patients'comfort,sleep quality and satisfaction,improve patients'psychology and quality of life,and effectively reduce complications.
