摘要
航天在役装备备件供应规划用于在役装备服役期内,根据装备战备完好性要求、费用约束条件及装备备件动态历史数据,按照装备寿命周期内使用与维修需要确定备件的品种和数量,提供备件清单及制定储备策略,并通过反馈备件使用数据支持初始备件清单迭代,最终达到装备全寿命周期内战备完好性和费用约束条件的最优。针对目前国内航天在役装备在初始供应保障后的后续保障阶段存在的备件供应保障问题,进行了完善规划研究,给出了备件分类方法、预测模型及库存控制策略,在此基础上将理论研究成果应用在具体在役装备的备件规划中,达到了预期效果,有效提高了在役装备使用及维修的可靠性。
Spare parts supply planning of in-service space equipment is used to determine the variety and quantity of spare parts,it provides a spare parts list and formulate reserve strategies according to the requirements of spares sufficiency probability based on cost constraints and dynamic historical data during the service period of equipment.Meanwhile,the feedback spare parts use data to support the initial spare parts list iteration,finally it achieves the optimal readiness and cost constrains within the entire life of space equipment.In this paper,aiming at the problem of spare parts supply and support in the follow-up support stage of the current domestic in service space equipment,the improvement of spare parts supply planning of in-service space equipment is studied,a comprehensive planning study is carried out,the spare parts classification method,forecast model and inventory control strategy are given,the research results are applied to spare parts supply planning of specific equipment,the expected results are obtained,the reliability of in-service equipment is effectively improved.
