摘要
针对保障方案制定阶段无备件消耗数据的实际情况,依据数量和费用定义了单项和系统的备件利用率,给出了单项法和系统法两种常用备件保障方案制定方法的备件利用率预计方法。通过分析和对比单项和系统法的备件利用率影响因素,指出随着质量和可靠性的提高,备件利用率呈下降趋势。制定长期备件供应规划、延长保障周期、施行集中存储、采用系统法制定保障方案等措施,能有效提高保障方案的备件利用率。
Aimed at the real case that the spares assumption data cannot be obtained in themaking logistics plan stage, spares utilization for the single spare and the equipment system aredefined according to number and cost, and spares utilization forecasting methods for single itemmethod and system method which are the two most common spares logistics plan making methods areproposed. Through analyzing and comparing the influencing factors of spares utilization between singleitem method and system method,it is revealed that the spares utilization decreases as the quality orreliability of spares improve. Some effective measures to improve the spares utilization of the logisticsplan are proposed,such as making long-term spares provisioning plan and extending logistics period,expanding logistics scope and implementing concentrated storage,making the logistics plan by systemmethod,et al.
