上海轨道交通超大规模网络运营安全管理实践及对策

摘要 随着上海地铁步入800km以上的超大规模网络化运营时代,对运营安全管理水平提出了更高的要求和挑战。上海地铁充分考虑超大规模网络化运营管理的特征,以风险和问题为导向,抓住关键环节,从风险管控模式、超大客流风险管控、设施设备运行质量、安全运营环境、应急处置能力等影响运营安全的突出问题着手,构建全过程运营安全管理机制和方法,使上海超大规模轨交网络始终维持安全而高效的营运状态。 As Shanghai Metro enters the era of ultra-large-scale network operation over 800 km,higher requirements and challenges are put forward for the operation safety management level.Shanghai Metro fully considers the characteristics of ultra-large-scale network operation management,takes risks and problems as the guidance,grasps the key links,and starts from the prominent problems affecting operation safety,such as risk management and control mode,risk management and control of ultra-large passenger flow,operation quality of facilities and equipment,safe operation environment and emergency response ability,to construct the whole process operation safety management mechanism and method,so that Shanghai ultra-large-scale rail transit network can always maintain a safe and efficient operation state.
