摘要
为了制定合理的轨道交通线网票价,从政府、运营企业和乘客三方面对选取票价制定方法进行了详细分析。以影响因素为准则、以各种票价制定方法为方案,建立轨道交通票价制定层次分析法选择模型。算例分析得出平均运营成本定价、拉姆塞定价和博弈论定价三种方法的层次总排序向量为(0.325 8,0.346 6,0.327 6),拉姆塞定价方法最符合该城市轨道交通实际。
To make reasonable fare pricing of urban rail transit network,factors affecting fare pricing were analyzed from the perspectives of government, operating enterprises and passengers. Based on the affecting factors and various fare pricing methods, Analytic Hierarchy Process was selected to establish the determining of fare pricing method. The result of the examples shows the hierarchy of the three pricing methods,namely: the average cost pricing, the Ramsey pricing and the game pricing. (0.325 8, 0. 346 6,0.327 6). Ramsey pricing proves to be more practical for urban rail transit.
