摘要
应用层次分析法从业主方、勘察设计监理方、施工方及外部环境四个方面对影响高速公路建设项目进度管理的14个因素进行分析。通过建立层次结构模型、构造判断矩阵、层次单排序及其一致性检验层次总排序及一致性检验,得到资金充足率、管理水平有效性和施工工艺为主要影响因素,从而构建了高速公路建设项目进度管理评价体系。将其应用于江肇高速公路建设项目中,对资金充足率、管理水平有效性及施工工艺三方面进行进度优化,缩短了工期,提高了工程质量,节约了成本。
Through 14 factors from the owner, survey design & supervision partner, construction partner and the exter- nal environment which affected the highway construction project progress management, by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), establish the hierarchy model, construct judgment matrix, hierarchical single sorting, consistency in- spection level total sorting and consistency test, it has been obtained that the main influencing factors include capital adequacy ratio, effectiveness of management level and the construction technology, so the evaluation system for highway construction project progress management could be built up. When being applied to JiangZhao Expressway Project, opti- mization has been conducted from the three major factors and the time limit for the project has been shortened, the pro- ject quality has been improved and the cost has been saved.
