17种观赏葱的生物学特性及引种栽培试验

摘要 目的:选出适宜合肥地区推广或育种的观赏葱种质资源。方法:观测露地种植的17种观赏葱的17个表型性状,测定其数量性状变异水平;观测其生长物候及种球的繁殖能力。结果:17种观赏葱均能正常生长、开花,多数不能结实;除北葱花期较早外,其他均为晚花种类。紫晶葱‘红莫西干人’、葫葱‘艺术’、圆头葱和南欧蒜‘乒乓’株高整齐度较低,其他种类较为整齐。所有性状中花序小花数变异范围最大,花序大小较为均一,而鸦葱‘无趣’、葫葱‘艺术’和美丽龙骨葱花序大小变异系数较高。除紫晶葱繁殖系数较低、南欧蒜高达76.47外,其他种类繁殖系数为1.2~10.85。结论:不同性状以花序大小变异范围最小,花序小花数变幅最大。多数鳞茎类种类通过常规的分球繁殖即可以满足生产需求,而部分根茎类如黄花葱、美丽龙骨葱如何度过炎热夏季成为其生长的瓶颈。 Objective:To select germplasm resources of ornamental Allium suitable for local promotion or breeding.Methods:The seventeen species of ornamental Allium were used as experimental materials in this study,through open field cultivation in Hefei botanical garden,and the variation range of 17 p henotypic traits,phenology and bulb propagation were analyzed.Results:The seventeen species of ornamental Allium can normally germinate,grow and blossom,most cannot seed normly.Except that flowering period of A.schoenoprasum L.was earlier,the florescence of the other species was later.The height uniformity of A.amethystinum Red Mohican was the worst,with the coefficient of variation was 34.49%;followed by A.scorodoprasum Art,A.sphaerocephalon L.and A.ampeloprasum Ping Pong,with the variation coefficient ranges from 20.71%to 23.44%.The inflorescence diameter is relatively uniform on the whole,but the variation coefficient of A.vineale Dready,A.scorodoprasum Art and A.carinatum ssp.pulchellum was higher.The variation range of inflorescence floret number among all the phenotypic traits was the largest.Except for the low propagation coefficient of A.amethystinum,the reproduction coefficient of other species was 1.2—10.85,with which of A.ampeloprasum as high as 76.47.Conclusion:The variation range of inflorescence diameter of the seventeen species of Allium was the smallest,and that of inflorescence floret number was the highest.The most bulb species can meet production needs by conventional propagated bulb,however,for some rhizomes such as A.flavum L.and A.carinatum ssp.pulchellum Bonnier&Layens,how to survive the hot summer has become a bottleneck in their growth.
