摘要
遗传多样性作为生物多样性的重要组成部分,是生态系统多样性和物种多样性的基础。葱属作物具有较高的营养价值,是重要的世界性蔬菜和调味品,研究其遗传多样性具有重要的理论和实践意义。文章分别从表型、蛋白质及DNA水平综述葱属作物种质资源遗传多样性的研究进展,并对未来葱属作物遗传多样性的研究方向进行展望,研究集中在葱属作物交配系统、自然选择、遗传漂变、基因流等各种进化力量对其群体的影响,从多层次、多角度揭示其遗传多样性。
As an important component of biological diversity, genetic diversity is basic of ecosystem diversity and species diversity. Allium L, which has high nutritional value, is an important worldwide vegetables and seasoning. Therefore, there is theoretical and practical significance to understand the genetic diversity of Allium L. This review summarized the recent progresses in the genetic diversity of Allium L. at three different levels, phenotype, protein and DNA levels. Future works should be focused on evaluating the influence of mating system, nature selection, genetic drift and gene flow of Allium L. on the population of Allium L, and revealing the genetic diversity of Allium L. from multilevel and multiangular.
