摘要
淘汰“水课”,打造“金课”,是在卓越法治人才培养教育的时代背景下提出的新要求,为行政法学课程改革提供了一个新的思路。行政法学课程改革可以朝着培养法治理念和提升专业能力相结合,传授知识和培养法律思维、训练法律方法相结合的方向努力。然而,教育理念更新缓慢,教学内容庞杂,与时间不成正比,思政元素与课程内容融合欠佳,教学模式固化、考核方式落伍,理论与实践教学脱节等问题,导致金课标准之下的行政法学课程改革面临困境。基于此,树立“以学生为中心”的教育理念,注重行政法学内容的层次性,强化课程思政内容,打造混合式金课,完善实践环节,将助力行政法学课程改革与金课建设的融合。
In the context of cultivating outstanding legal talents,to weed out low-quality"bird courses"and develop exemplary"golden courses"has become a new requirement,and it has also provided a fresh perspective for the reform of administrative law curriculum.The reform should focus on integrating the cultivation of legal concepts with the enhancement of professional capabilities,combining knowledge imparting with the development of legal thinking and the training of legal methods.However,due to the problems such as slow updating of educational concepts,extensive and unrelated teaching contents,the inappropriate integration of ideological and political elements with the contents of the course,rigid teaching models,the outdated assessment methods,and the disconnection between theory and practice teaching,the reform of administrative law curriculum under the"golden course"standard has encountered many challenges.Based on this,this article makes proposals to establish a student-centered education concept,focus on the hierarchy of administrative law content,strengthen the ideological and political education content in the curriculum,create an integrated"golden course",improve practices related to the course,and integrate the construction of"golden course"with the reform of administrative law curriculum.
