摘要
在新时代高等学校本科教育改革进程中,打造“金课”既是教育部关于实施“六卓越一拔尖”计划2.0有关文件的明确要求,也是高校着力提升本科教育水平的重要导向之一。在当下打造“金课”的导向下,结合公安院校行政法课程的教学实际情况及存在的问题,研究和探索行政法学课程改革的合理路径,既符合打造“金课”的新要求,又有利于提高公安院校警务人才的培养质量。基于此,文章结合我国新时期教育部提出的“金课”建设标准理论,着重从学科内容整合、教学方式调节、认知导向调整等方面,对公安院校行政法学课程改革进行实践反思和路径探究,以明晰课程改革要点,提升课程改革效能,切实提高公安院校的警务人才培养质量。
In the process of undergraduate education reform in colleges and universities in the new era,creating"golden courses"is not only the explicit requirement of the ministry of education on the implementation of"six excellence and one excellence"plan 2.0,but also one of the important directions for colleges and universities to improve the undergraduate education level.Under the guidance of creating"golden course"at present,combining with the actual teaching situation and existing problems of administrative law course in public security colleges,the paper studies and explores the reasonable path of administrative law course reform,which not only meets the new requirements of creating"golden course",but also helps to improve the training quality of police talents in public security colleges.Based on this,this paper,combined with standard theory of"golden courses"construction proposed by the Ministry of Education in the new period in our country,reflects the curriculum reform practice in administrative law in the public security colleges and universities and exploresthe pathemphatically from the course content integration,teaching manner,adjustment of cognitive orientation reflections to clarify key points of the curriculum reform,promote curriculum reform efficiency,effectively raise the quality of police personnel training of the public security colleges and universities.
