摘要
在提出传染病医院平战结合战略构想的基础上,分析了传染病医院平战结合的重要作用,指出了传染病医院应对重大突发疫情存在的问题与障碍,探讨了传染病医院平战结合应对重大突发传染病疫情的建议。补齐基础设施短板,做好平战转换准备;强化综合能力建设,提升救治水平;完善人才培养与激励考核机制,加强传染病院人才队伍建设;进一步完善传染病防控体系建设,为传染病医院提升重大突发传染病疫情救治能力提供参考。
On the basis of putting forward the concept of combining peacetime and wartime of infectious disease hospitals,it analyzes the strategic concept and role of combining peacetime and wartime of infectious disease hospitals,points out the problems and obstacles existing in infectious disease hospitals to deal with major outbreaks,and discusses the suggestions for infectious disease hospitals to deal with major outbreaks of infectious diseases by combining peacetime and wartime,that is,to supplement the short board of infrastructure and prepare for the transition from peacetime to wartime;Strengthen the construction of comprehensive capacity and improve the treatment level;Improve the talent training and incentive assessment mechanism,and strengthen the construction of talent team in infectious disease hospitals;Further improve the construction of infectious disease prevention and control system,and provide reference for infectious disease hospitals to improve their ability to treat major outbreaks of infectious diseases.
