摘要
我国老旧小区改造过程中,老旧小区适老化改造长期处于薄弱环节。运用AHP方法,对适老化改造影响因素进行评价分析,首先运用文献研究法分析归纳适老化改造影响因素,其次运用层次分析法分析不同影响因素对老旧小区适老化改造的影响,并得出居民参与的信息获取程度和参与普适性,以及后续运维管理中的安全健康管理对老旧小区适老化改造影响最大。通过定量与定性相结合,解决了老旧小区适老化改造影响因素的综合评价问题,为老旧小区适老化改造提供了理论意义。
In the process of reforming old communities in our country,the adaptive reform for old residential districts has long been a weak point.Using AHP method,this paper makes an analysis on the influencing factors for the modification of the aging citizens.First,the literature research method is used to analyze and induce its influencing factors,and then the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is use to analyze different influencing factors on adaptive aging reform for older communities.Lastly,it is concluded that the degree and the universality of residents’participation in information access,and the safety and health management in the follow-up operation and maintenance management has the greatest influence on adaptive aging reform for old communities.By combining quantitative and qualitative methods,this paper makes comprehensive evaluation of the influencing factors for adaptive aging reform for the old residential district,and provides theoretical significance for it.
