摘要
“三教”改革是新时代职业教育改革的重点项目,其中教师队伍改革是关键。基于当前“三教”改革背景下师资队伍建设现状,分析师资队伍在自身建设、教学内容(教材)开发和教学组织(教法)等方面存在的问题,提出通过职教理念提升、技能培养、团队建设等提高师资队伍自身水平;基于教学载体项目引领、内容重构提升教师教材开发的适应性;因生而异、因知而异,提高教师教学方法与教学组织的适应性,继而带动“三教”改革顺利实施,全面提高职业教育的适应性。
Reform in teaching staff,teaching materials and teaching methods(Sanjiao Reform)is the key project of the vocational education reform in the new era,and reform of the teaching staff is the key.Based on the present situation of the construction of the teaching staff in Sanjiao Reform,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching staff in the aspects of self-construction,teaching content(teaching material)development and teaching organization(teaching method).It is proposed to improve the level of teachers through the promotion of vocational education concept,skill training and team building,and to improve the adaptability of teaching material development based on guidance of teaching carrier project as well as content reconstruction.The adaptability of teaching methods and organization should be improved according to the students and their knowledge.These measures will lead to the smooth implementation of Sanjiao Reform and improve the adaptability of vocational education in an all-round way.
