技术的发展是技术进步和社会需要的统一,是技术的可能性与社会需求共同作用的结果。技术工人所需要的知识,约有一半是介于经验性知识和学科理论知识之间的一种特殊的知识。职业性技术在很大程度上是工作过程系统化的。
Technical development is the unity of technical progress and social need.It is the result which influenced by technical possibility and social need.Almost half of the knowledge that technician required is a kind of specialized knowledge between empirical knowledge and discipline theoretic knowledge.Vocational technology is largely a systematic technology during work.
