摘要
目的 探讨清肺化痰汤在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者中的疗效。方法 选择海安市中医院肺病科确诊AECOPD患者72例,并随机将患者分为观察组、对照组,其中对照组36例采用常规药物治疗,观察组36例在对照组基础上加用自拟清肺化痰汤口服,对比2组治疗效果。结果 观察组住院时间少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者肺功能和生化指标的改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率94.44%(34/36)高于对照组的75.00%(27/36)(P<0.05)。结论 AECOPD患者使用自拟清肺化痰汤治疗的效果确切,可改善肺功能、血气指标,控制炎症,缩短住院时间,值得推广。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Qingfei Huatan decoction in patients with acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods 72 patients with AECOPD in Haian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected,and the patients were divided into observation group and control group,of which 36 cases in the control group were treated with conventional drugs and 36 cases in the observation group were treated with self-made Qingfei Huatan decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect between the two groups was compared.Results The hospitalization time of observation group was less than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of lung function and biochemical indexes in observation group was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 94.44%(34/36),which was higher than that of control group(75.00%,27/36)(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingfei Huatan decoction in the treatment of AECOPD has definite effect,can improve pulmonary function,control inflammation and improve blood gas indexes.It is worth popularizing.
