摘要
目的:观察早期感觉统合训练在精神运动发育迟缓患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年5月至2022年5月该院收治的100例精神运动发育迟缓患儿进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组给予常规训练,观察组给予早期感觉统合训练,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后神经功能缺损[婴幼儿智能发育量表(CDCC),包括精神运动发育指数(PDI)与智力发育指数(MDI)]评分、运动功能[Peabody运动发育量表(PDMS-2)]评分及发育商(DQ)评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组PDI、MDI等CDCC评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组粗大运动商、精细运动商及总运动商等PDMS-2评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组DQ评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期感觉统合训练应用于精神运动发育迟缓患儿,可提高临床疗效,改善神经发育功能,促进运动功能和发育商恢复,其效果优于常规训练治疗。
Objective:To observe application effects of early sensory integration training in children with psychomotor retardation.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 100 children with psychomotor retardation admitted to this hospital from May 2020 to May 2022.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine training,while the observation group was given the early sensory integration training.The clinical efficacy,the neurological deficits[infant intelligence development scale(CDCC),including psychomotor development index(PDI)and mental development index(MDI)]scores,the motor function[Peabody developmental motor scale(PDMS-2)]scores,and the developmental quotient(DQ)score were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the CDCC scores of PDI and MDI in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The PDMS-2 scores of gross motor quotient,fine motor quotient and total motor quotient in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the treatment,the DQ scores of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Early sensory integration training applied to the children with psychomotor retardation can improve the clinical efficacy,improve the neurological function,and promote the recovery of motor function and development quotient
