摘要
贸易战、新冠疫情等一系列不确定性宏观因素的出现使得国内拥有涉外业务的上市公司供应链受到严重冲击,高昂的跨国经营采购成本也使得众多企业难以为继。因此如何建立完善的国内供应链业务延续系统是后疫情时代供应链战略发展研究的新课题。文章以2007—2021年在沪深A股上市的有海外关联公司的跨国上市公司作为研究样本,研究股东关系网络与跨国公司供应链回流—本土化程度之间的关系与影响机制。实证研究发现:(1)股东关系网络对企业进行供应链本土化“回流”重构起到了正向的促进作用。(2)股东关系网络利用社会网络固有的嵌入效应为企业进行供应链本土化“回流”重构提供了信息、资源、技术创新支持。
The emergence of a series of uncertain macro factors such as the trade war and the COVID-19 has severely impacted the supply chain of domestic listed companies with foreign-related businesses,and the high procurement costs of transnational operations have also made it difficult for many enterprises to sustain.Therefore,how to establish a perfect domestic supply chain business continuity system is a new topic of supply chain strategic development research in the post epidemic era.This paper takes transnational listed companies with overseas affiliates listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen A shares from 2007 to 2021 as the research sample to study the relationship and impact mechanism between shareholder relationship network and supply chain return localization degree of transnational companies.The empirical research finds that:(1)The shareholder relationship network has played a positive role in promoting the supply chain localization"reflow"reconstruction of enterprises.(2)The shareholder relationship network makes use of the embedded effect inherent in the social network to provide information,resources and technological innovation support for enterprises to carry out the localization"reflow"reconstruction of the supply chain.
