摘要
试验旨在探究发酵杂交构树叶对海兰褐蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、血清生化指标和肠道组织形态的影响。选取24周龄海兰褐蛋鸡450只,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。对照组、T1组、T2组、T3组、T4组蛋鸡分别饲喂含有0、1.5%、2.5%、3.5%、4.5%发酵杂交构树叶的饲粮。试验期56 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,T4组鸡蛋总胆固醇含量显著降低了9.90%(P<0.05);T3组蛋鸡血清中白蛋白(ALB)含量提高了5.52%(P<0.05),T4组蛋鸡血清中总蛋白(TP)、球蛋白(GLB)、ALB的含量均显著提高(P<0.05),尿酸(UA)含量降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,T4组蛋鸡十二指肠绒毛高度显著提高了9.24%(P<0.05),T1组、T2组、T3组蛋鸡十二指肠隐窝深度分别降低了23.87%、27.80%和22.35%(P<0.01),绒隐比(V/C)分别显著提高了30.26%、23.43%、27.68%(P<0.01)。肠道切片显示,各组组织未见异常。研究表明,饲粮中添加发酵杂交构树叶对蛋鸡生产性能无不利影响,但可降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量,提高蛋白利用率,改善血清生化指标及肠道组织形态。
The experiment was to investigate the effect of fermented hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera leaves on production performance,egg quality,serum biochemical parameters and intestinal tissue morphology of Hyline Brown laying hens.Four hundred and fifty 24-week-old Hyline Brown laying hens were randomly divided into five groups,with six replicates in each group and 15 hens in each replicate.The hens in control group,T1 group,T2 group,T3 group and T4 group were fed with diets containing 0,1.5%,2.5%,3.5%and 4.5%fermented hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera leaves,respectively.The experiment lasted for 56 d.The results showed that compared with control group,the total cholesterol content of eggs in T4 group was significantly reduced by 9.90%(P<0.05).The content of ALB in T3 group was increased by 5.52%(P<0.05),the content of TP,GLB and ALB in T4 group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of UA was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the height of duodenal villi in T4 group was significantly increased by 9.24%(P<0.05),the depth of duodenal crypt in T1 group,T2 group and T3 group was decreased by 23.87%,27.80%and 22.35%respectively(P<0.01),and the V/C of duodenum was significantly increased by 30.26%,23.43%and 27.68%,respectively(P<0.05).Intestinal sections showed no abnormalities in the tissues of each group.The experiment indicates that supplementing with fermented hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera leaves in basal diet has no adverse effect on production performance of laying hens,but it can reduce the cholesterol content of eggs,improve the protein utilization rate,improve serum biochemical indexes and intestinal tissue morphology.
