青贮构树对肉羊生长性能、养分表观消化率和肠道健康的影响 被引量:13

Effects of Broussonetia papyrifera Silage on Growth Performance,Nutrient Apparent Digestibility and Intestinal Health of Mutton Goats

摘要 本试验旨在研究青贮构树对肉羊生长性能、养分表观消化率和肠道健康的影响。选取4月龄、体重(23.9±3.3)kg的健康肉用川中黑山羊母羊24只,随机分为2组,每组12头。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,青贮构树组饲喂用青贮构树替代基础饲粮中12.5%的苜蓿干草的试验饲粮。预试期14 d,正试期70 d。结果表明:1)对照组的平均日采食量显著高于青贮构树组(P<0.05)。对照组和青贮构树组之间末重、料重比和平均日增重均无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)对照组和青贮构树组之间各养分表观消化率均无显著差异(P>0.05)。3)青贮构树组的十二指肠隐窝深度显著低于对照组(P<0.05),空肠和回肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),空肠隐窝深度极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。4)对照组和青贮构树组之间空肠和回肠丙二醛含量、总抗氧化能力以及总超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性均无显著差异(P>0.05)。5)对照组回肠肿瘤坏死因子-α含量显著低于青贮构树组(P<0.05)。6)青贮构树组回肠免疫球蛋白A含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可见,使用青贮构树替换基础饲粮中12.5%的苜蓿干草能改善肉羊肠道形态,促进肠道健康。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Broussonetia papyrifera silage on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and intestinal health of mutton goats.Twenty-four healthy 4-month-old mutton female Chuanzhong black goats with body weight of(23.9±3.3)kg were randomly divided into 2 groups with 12 goats per group.Goats in the control group were fed a basal diet,and others in Broussonetia papyrifera silage group were fed an experiment diet which used 12.5%alfalfa hay replaced by Broussonetia papyrifera silage in the basal diet.The pre-experimental period lasted for 14 days,and the experimental period lasted for 70 days.The results showed as follows:1)the average daily feed intake of the control group was significantly higher than that of the Broussonetia papyrifera silage group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in final weight,feed to gain ratio and average daily gain between the control group and the Broussonetia papyrifera silage group(P>0.05).2)There was no significant difference in nutrient apparent digestibility between the control group and the Broussonetia papyrifera silage group(P>0.05).3)The duodenum crypt depth of the Broussonetia papyrifera silage group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the villi height/crypt depth in jejunum and ileum was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the jejunum crypt depth was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).4)There were no significant differences in malondialdehyde content,total antioxidant capacity and total superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase activities in jejunum and ileum between the control group and the Broussonetia papyrifera silage group(P>0.05).5)The ileal tumor necrosis factor-αcontent of the control group was significantly lower than that of the Broussonetia papyrifera silage group(P<0.05).6)The ileal immunoglobulin A content of the Broussonetia papyrifera silage group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05
