摘要
针对高速公路交通标志存在种类多、数量大,数字化管理过程中涉及设计、管养等诸多环节,目前尚无统一编码方法的问题,在分析高速公路交通标志信息管理现状与相关规范的基础上,形成了由分类码、位置码和属性码组成的编码方案。结合国家与交通行业现行标准为上述3部分编码建立编码规则和编码结构,形成高速公路交通标志编码体系,并采用功能模块化思想,设计了交通标志数字化管理系统,并以实例验证了提出的交通标志编码方法在数字化管理中的可行性,实现了高速公路交通标志数字化编码。该编码方法可为实现高速公路交通标志数字化管理提供关键技术支撑。
Given that there are many kinds and large numbers of expressway traffic signs and links such as design,management,and maintenance are involved in digital management,there is no unified coding method.Based on the analysis of the present situation of expressway traffic sign information management and related norms,a coding scheme composed of classification,location,and attribute codes is formed.Combined with the current national and transportation industry standards,the coding rules and structure of the above three parts are established,the expressway traffic sign coding system is formed,and the traffic sign digital management system is designed using functional modularization.Through an example,the feasibility of the traffic sign coding method proposed in this paper in digital management is verified,and the expressway traffic sign digital coding is realized,which can provide technical support for the construction of an expressway traffic sign digital management platform.
