生态环境因子对白及生长发育的影响

Effects of Ecological Environment Factors on Growth and Development of Bletilla striata

摘要 为研究不同栽培基质、根外追肥、光照条件对白及生长发育的影响,确定适宜的基质配比、根外追肥施用方案以及光照条件,以三年生白及为试验材料,测定并比较分析了引种驯化、基质配比、根外追肥、光照条件等处理下白及的农艺性状和叶绿素含量。结果表明:引种自陕西的三年生白及在苏中地区生长状况良好;在基质配比为农田原土∶白沙=2∶2的条件下栽植,白及生长状况仅次于营养土,且成本低,有利于适应大田栽培;叶面喷施KH2PO4溶液可促进白及的生长发育,尤以叶面喷施2‰KH2PO4溶液时效果最为显著;适宜的遮阴度有利于白及的生长发育,但当遮阴度达到70%以上时,白及群体花期、单株开花量明显低于其他处理,抑制了白及繁殖器官的发育。 In order to study the effects of different cultivation substrates,foliar fertilization and light conditions on the growth and development of Bletilla striata,determine the appropriate matrix ratio,application plan of foliar fertilization and light conditions,this paper took three-year-old Bletilla striata as test material,measured and compared the agronomic characteristics and chlorophyll content of Bletilla striata under the treatment of introduction and domestication,matrix ratio,topdressing outside the root and light conditions.The results showed that the three-year-old Bletilla striata introduced from Shaanxi Province grew well in the middle of Jiangsu Province.When the matrix ratio was farmland original soil∶white sand=2∶2,the growth condition of Bletilla striata was second only to nutrient soil,and the cost was low,which was conducive to be adapted to field cultivation.Foliar spraying of KH2PO4 solution could promote the growth and development of Bletilla striata,especially foliar spraying of 2‰KH2PO4 solution,the effect was the most significant.Suitable shade was beneficial to the growth and development of Bletilla striata,but when the shade reached more than 70%,the flowering time and the number of flowering per plant of Bletilla striata were significantly lower than those of other treatments,which inhibited the development of Bletilla striata plant and reproductive organs.
