干露条件对织锦巴非蛤稚贝呼吸代谢和潜沙行为的影响 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】分析不同干露条件对织锦巴非蛤稚贝呼吸代谢和潜沙行为的影响,为优化织锦巴非蛤苗种运输策略提供参考依据。【方法】模拟织锦巴非蛤稚贝实际运输环境,选取体长(3.89±0.33)mm的织锦巴非蛤稚贝进行试验,测定不同干露温度(10、15和20℃)和干露时间(0、3、6、9和12 h)下织锦巴非蛤稚贝的耗氧率和排氨率,对检测数据进行单因素方差分析和回归分析,并对织锦巴非蛤稚贝重新入水后的潜沙行为进行观察,分析织锦巴非蛤稚贝的耐干露能力及干露后的呼吸代谢和潜沙行为差异。【结果】不同干露时间和温度对织锦巴非蛤稚贝在恢复期的耗氧率和排氨率均有一定程度影响。当干露温度相同时,织锦巴非蛤稚贝的耗氧率和排氨率随着干露时间延长而升高。当干露时间相同时,织锦巴非蛤稚贝的耗氧率随着干露温度的升高而升高,但排氨率随着温度升高而降低。回归分析结果表明,干露时长对织锦巴非蛤稚贝耗氧率的直接影响程度大于干露温度,干露时长与耗氧率呈极显著正相关(P<0.01,下同),干露温度与耗氧率呈极显著负相关;干露时长对织锦巴非蛤稚贝排氨率的直接影响程度大于干露温度,干露时长和干露温度均与排氨率呈极显著正相关。在干露温度10℃条件下,不同干露时间织锦巴非蛤稚贝的潜沙率在重新入水1 h后均在10%左右,明显低于干露温度15和20℃条件下的潜沙率。随着观察时间的延长,干露温度10、15和20℃条件下织锦巴非蛤稚贝的最高潜沙率分别为48.3%、85.0%和88.3%。【结论】相较于10℃,15和20℃的温度条件更适合进行织锦巴非蛤小规格苗种运输,且干露运输时长越短越好,以不超过9 h为宜。 【Objective】In order to optimize the transportation of juvenile Paphia textzle Gmelin,the effects of air exposure conditions on respiration metabolism and burrowing behavior of juvenile P.textzle were analyzed.【Method】The actual transportation environment was simulated,juvenile P.textzle with body length of(3.89±0.33)mm were selected,and the oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of juvenile P.textzle under different air exposure temperatures(10,15 and 20℃)and durations(0,3,6,9 and 12 hours)were examined.The data were analyzed by one-way analysis of variance and regression analysis,and the burrowing rate after re-entering water were observed,to analyze the air exposure tolerance and the differences of respiration metabolism and burrowing behavior of juvenile P.textzle.【Result】Different air exposure durations and temperatures had certain effects on oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of juvenile P.textzle.When the air exposure temperature was the same,the oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of juvenile P.textzle increased with the duration.When the air exposure duration was the same,the oxygen consumption rate increased with the increase of temperature,but the ammonia excretion rate decreased.Regression analysis showed that the direct effect of air exposure duration on oxygen consumption rate of juvenile P.textzle was greater than that of air exposure temperature.There was extremely significant positive correlation between air exposure duration and oxygen consumption rate(P0.01,the same as below),but extremely significant negative correlation between air exposure temperature and oxygen consumption rate.The direct effect of air exposure duration on ammonia excretion rate of juvenile P.textzle was greater than that of temperature.There was extremely significant positive correlation between air exposure duration and ammonia excretion rate,and also between air exposure temperature and ammonia excretion rate.At the air exposure temperature of 10℃,the burrowing r
