摘要
关注不同用户群体信息行为之间的差异有助于提高信息资源建设水平和服务质量。文章通过问卷调查法和综合分析法,从性别、年龄、学历、学科等4个方面出发,对新时代不同用户群体的信息行为特征进行调查。研究发现:不同性别、年龄、学历、学科用户的信息行为既有共性,也有差异:不同性别用户在信息获取渠道上不存在显著差异;年轻用户更倾向于通过多种渠道获取信息;具有博士学历的用户对信息素养培训服务的期待程度相对较低;社会科学用户更喜欢阅读图书、学位论文。文章建议信息资源保障主体更新发展理念,明确发展定位,重视需求导向,构建反馈机制,根据不同用户群体的特征开展信息资源建设和服务。
Paying attention to the differences in information behavior between different user groups is helpful to improve the level of information resource development and the quality of information service.By means of questionnaire survey and comprehensive analysis,the information behavior characteristics of different user groups in the new era are investigated and analyzed from the four aspects,namely gender,age,education degree,and discipline.The study indicates that there are commonalities and differences in the information behavior of users of different genders,ages,education degree,and disciplines.For example,the ways that users access information do not differ significantly by gender;young users are more likely to obtain information via multiple channels;users with doctoral degree have relatively low expectations for information literacy training services;and users in social science prefer to read books and dissertations.The organizations responsible for information resource supporting should update the development concept,clarify the development positioning,attach importance to demand orientation,build a feedback mechanism,carry out information resource development and provide information services according to the characteristics of different user groups.
