摘要
选取内江卫生与健康职业学院2021级三年制护理大专学生100名作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用传统教学模式,试验组采用品管圈结合CBE教学模式,授课结束后,通过对比两组期末考试成绩、自我导向学习能力、护士核心能力及教学满意度来评价教学效果,以探讨品管圈结合CBE教学模式在正常人体结构教学中的应用效果。
100 three-year nursing college students from Neijiang Health and Health Vocational College were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group(traditional teaching mode)and an experimental group(quality control circle combined with CBE teaching mode).After the end of the course,the teaching effect was evaluated by comparing the final examination scores,self-directed learning ability,nursing core competencies,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups to explore the application effect of the quality control circle combined with CBE teaching mode in teaching normal human anatomy.
