摘要
党的二十大报告中指出:“树立大食物观,发展设施农业,构建多元化食物供给体系。”习近平总书记关于树立大食物观的重要论述对保障国家总体安全、粮食安全和满足人民群众对营养健康的需求提供了根本遵循。海洋食品资源丰富,是人类良好的优质蛋白食物来源,可以提供优质、安全、健康、绿色食品,满足人民群众对营养健康的需求。本文深入探析了海洋食品产业融入大食物观的价值意蕴,并围绕解决现阶段社会主要矛盾、保障粮食安全、推进共同富裕和满足双循环新发展格局中提出发挥海洋食品产业优势的路径。
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out:"Establish a big food concept,develop facility agriculture,and build a diversified food supply system."Rich in Marine food resources,Marine food is a good source of high-quality protein food for human beings.It can provide high-quality,safe,healthy and green food to meet people's needs for nutrition and health.This article deeply explores the value implication of integrating Marine food industry into the big food concept,and puts forward the path to give full play to the advantages of Marine food industry in solving the main social contradictions at the present stage,ensuring food security,promoting common prosperity and meeting the new development pattern of double cycle.
