环三藜芦烃内给电子体对聚乙烯催化剂性能的影响

摘要 以不同取代基的环三藜芦烃为内给电子体,通过溶解析出制备了具有优异综合性能的Ziegler-Natta聚乙烯催化剂,并以甲氧基环三藜芦烃(MGC3)为代表考察了催化剂的粒径大小及分布、催化剂的乙烯-己烯共聚性能。采用DSC、^(13)C NMR、熔体流动指数测试、激光粒度测试等方法表征了MGC3对催化剂及其聚合物粉料性能的影响,并与参比催化剂进行了对比。实验结果表明,添加MGC3,催化剂聚合活性较参比催化剂提高16.1%;催化剂的平均粒径在5~16μm之间易于调控;在聚合压力和共聚单体加入量相同的聚合条件下,MGC3-聚合物的共聚单体单元含量较参比聚合物提高10%以上;MGC3-聚合物母液中低聚物含量较参比聚合物降低30%(w)。 Ziegler-Natta polyethylene catalyst with excellent comprehensive performance was prepared by dissolution-precipitation using cyclotrisveratrol with different substituent as internal electron donors.Particle size and distribution of catalysts and the performance of ethylene-hexene copolymer were invested using methoxy group cyclotrisveratrol(MGC3)as a representative.The effects of MGC3 on the performance of the catalyst and its polymer powder were characterized by DSC,^(13)C NMR,melt flow index testing,laser particle size testing,and other methods.The results were compared with the reference catalyst.The experimental results show that the addition of MGC3 increases the polymerization activity of the catalyst by 16.1%compared to the reference catalyst.The average particle size of the catalyst is easily controlled between 5μm to 16μm,the same polymerization pressure and comonomer addition amount,the content of comonomer unit in MGC3-polymer is increased by more than 10%compared with the reference polymer,content of oligomers in MGC3-polymer mother liquor is 30%(w)lower than that of the reference polymer.
