摘要 综述了近年来用于丙烯聚合的 Ziegler-Natta 催化剂、茂金属催化剂和非茂单活性中心催化剂的最新研究进展。对 Basell 公司的 Spherizone 工艺和 Borealis 公司的 Borstar 工艺等新开发的创新工艺进行了详细的介绍。指出我国在 PP 催化剂研发方面与国外相比还存在较大差距,特别是希望对茂和非茂等处于技术前沿的催化剂的开发应给予足够的重视。积极跟踪世界 PP 生产新工艺和新型催化剂的发展方向,加大符合国情的 PP 生产新工艺和新型催化剂的研究开发力度,以促进 PP 工业的快速发展。 On the basis of reviewing the recent advanced progress in catalysts including ziegler-natta catalyst, metallocene catalyst and non -metallocene catalyst for PP. It introduced particularly two production techniques which are Spheri-zone and Borstar developed respectively by Basell and Borealis, and pointed out there is still a gap between home and abroad in researching and developing of PP catalyst, appealling for attention to the development of metallocene catalyst and nonmetallocene catalyst. Finally China is supposed to keep in touch with the trend of global new production techniques and catalysts, enhance the research and development of the domestic PP production techniques and catalysts, in order to promote the rapid development of PP industry.
