摘要
评估余庆河控制断面生态流量目标的满足程度和可达性,为生态流量保障和管控调度措施奠定基础。以贵州省铜仁市石阡县河坝镇河坝水文站断面作为余庆河的管理断面,以余庆水文站作为分析参证站,确定管理断面的生态基流为2.23 m3/s,并针对该断面生态基流指标,结合月均、日均生态流量满足程度综合确定管理断面生态流量保证率为90%,依此制定生态流量的调度方案。
The degree of satisfaction and accessibility of the ecological flow target at the control section of Yuqing River was evaluated,which can lay a foundation for the ecological flow guarantee and regulation measures.Taking the section of Heba hydrological station in Heba town,Shiqian County,Tongren City,Guizhou Province,as the management section of Yuqing River,and taking the Yuqing Hydrological Station as the analysis reference station,the environmental base flow of the management section was determined to be 2.23 m3/s.According to the environmental base flow index of the section,the guarantee rate of environmental flow of the management section was determined to be 90%combining the satisfaction degree of monthly and daily environmental flow,and the scheduling scheme of environmental flow was formulated.
