疏勒河干流生态供水存在问题与保障建议

摘要 疏勒河流域水资源总量短缺,为满足农业灌溉需水并保证下游河道内生态用水,通过调查分析水文资料和生态供水现状,复核评价干流各控制断面生态流量、水量和排放方式,采用Tennant法分段计算河道生态需水量,评价生态基流保障程度和存在的问题,提出与上游其他断面小流量持续排放生态用水不同,下游双塔水库断面需采取大流量集中下泄生态水量方式,才能确保下游生态用水。研究成果可为流域水资源合理调配提供参考。 Water resources in Shule River Basin are insufficient to meet the demand for agricultural irrigation and ensure ecological water supply in the downstream river channel.Through investigation,analysis of hydrological data,and assessment of the current ecological water supply situation,the ecological flow,water quantity,and discharge methods at various control sections along the main stream are reviewed.The Tennant method is used to calculate the segmented ecological water demand in the river channel.The evaluation assesses the degree of ecological base flow security and identifies existing issues.It is proposed that unlike the continuous discharge of small flow rates for ecological water use in other sections upstream,a concentrated release of large flow rates should be adopted for ecological water supply at the downstream Shuangta Reservoir section to ensure downstream ecological water needs are met.The research findings provide reference for the rational allocation of water resources in the basin.
