安格斯母牛日粮中添加N-氨甲酰谷氨酸(NCG)对犊牛生长性能、血清生化指标及免疫指标的影响 被引量:6

Effect of NCG supplementation in diet of Angus cows on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and immune indexes of calves

摘要 试验旨在研究妊娠后期母牛日粮中添加不同水平NCG对犊牛生长性能、血清生化指标及免疫指标的影响。选用60头体重、胎次、预产期接近的妊娠后期母牛,随机分为4组,每组15头。对照组母牛饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加10、20和30 g/(头·d)的NCG,每组对应犊牛分别记为试验1组、试验2组和试验3组。试验从母牛产前4周开始至犊牛90日龄结束。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验3组犊牛初生重显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验3组初生犊牛血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、一氧化氮(NO)含量显著升高(P<0.05),血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量均显著升高(P<0.05)。研究表明,妊娠后期母牛日粮中添加30 g/(头·d)的NCG能够显著提高犊牛初生重,增加血清蛋白含量,提高免疫功能,但这种作用在犊牛90日龄时消失。 The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of dietary NCG supplementation on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and immune indexes of calves in Angus cows during late gestation.Sixty cows in late gestation period with similar weight parity and expected perinatal period were randomly divided into four groups with 15 cows in each group.Cows in control group were fed with a basal diet,cows in experimental groups were fed wtih basal diet supplemented with 10,20 and 30 g/(head·d)NCG,respectively.The corresponding calves in each group were denoted as group 1,group 2 and group 3,respectively.The experiment starts from 4 w before delivery of cows and ends at 90 d of age of calves.The results showed that compared with control group,the birth weight of calves in group 3 was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the contents of TP,ALB and NO in serum of newborn calves in group 3 were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of IgA,IgG and IgM in serum were significantly increased(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that the addition of NCG of 30 g/(head·d)to diet of cows in late gestation period can significantly increase birth weight,increase erum protein content of newborn calves,improve immune function,but these effects were lost at 90 days of age.
