摘要 在沥青中掺加包覆修复剂的微胶囊可以有效提高沥青自愈合性能,延长路面服役寿命。微胶囊在沥青混凝土施工过程中应保持完整,后期才能发挥自愈合作用,且加入的微胶囊不影响沥青基本性能。通过荧光显微镜测试、热重分析、模拟路面施工压力等试验分析了微胶囊在沥青中的分散性以及在沥青混凝土加热拌合和施工过程中的存活能力;通过比较不同微胶囊掺量沥青的针入度、软化点、10℃延度,分析了微胶囊激发前对沥青基本性能的影响;通过低温条件下碾压激发沥青试件中微胶囊,然后测试基本性能,分析了微胶囊激发后对RTFOT老化沥青性能的影响。实验比较了不同微胶囊掺量沥青的自愈合性能。结果表明,所用微胶囊在沥青混凝土的拌合、压实过程中具有良好的存活能力;微胶囊对沥青的针入度和软化点没有明显影响,在一定程度上会降低沥青的延度;激发微胶囊释放修复剂后能够恢复沥青性能,显著提升沥青的自愈合性能。 Incorporation of microcapsules with encapsulated repair agents in asphalt can effectively improve the self-healing performance of asphalt and extend the service life of pavements.Microcapsules should be kept intact during the construction of asphalt concrete in order to play a self-healing role at a later stage,and the added microcapsules do not affect the basic performances of asphalt.The dispersion of microcapsules in asphalt and their survivability during heating,mixing and construction of asphalt concrete were analyzed by fluorescence microscopy tests,thermogravimetric analysis,and simulated pavement construction pressure.The effect of microcapsules on the basic properties of asphalt before excitation was analyzed by comparing the needle penetration,softening point and 10℃ductility of asphalt with different microcapsule admixtures.The effect of microcapsules on the performance of RTFOT aged asphalt after excitation was analyzed by rolling and excitation of microcapsules in asphalt specimens under low temperature conditions,and then testing the basic properties.The tests compared the self-healing performance of asphalt with different microcapsule dosing.The results show that the microcapsules have good survival ability in the mixing and compaction process of asphalt concrete.The microcapsules have no significant effect on the needle penetration and softening point of asphalt,and to a certain extent will reduce the ductility of asphalt.The excitation of microcapsules can restore the asphalt properties after releasing the repair agent,and significantly improve the self-healing performance of asphalt.
