摘要
采用动态剪切流变试验和原子力显微镜(AFM)分别测试了原样沥青、老化沥青和三种添加不同再生剂的再生沥青。结果表明:沥青老化后复数模量和车辙因子增大,相位角降低,蜂状结构面积比例、平均面积降低,微观形貌高度减小;老化沥青中加入再生剂后复数模量和车辙因子降低,相位角增大,微观结构各参数均得到不同程度恢复;证明沥青微观形貌特性与流变性能密切相关。
The rheological properties and microstructure of the virgin,aged,and three rejuvenated asphalt with different agents were tested using dynamic shear rheometer and atomic force microscope.Results indicated that the complex modulus and G*/sinδof aged asphalt increase,the phase angle decreases,the ratio areas and the average areas of bee hive structure decrease,and the height of microstructure decreases.The complex modulus and G*/sinδof aged asphalt have some decrease with the addition of the rejuvenated agents,meanwhile the phase angles have some increase.All parameters of microstructure are restored to different extents.The microstructure characteristics of asphalt are proved closely related to rheological properties.
