摘要
本文以牵引电机当前的温升问题为基础,统计发现温升与电机空载损耗值之间具有密切关联性,研究过程中通过试验验证和理论计算方法,分析了空载损耗对牵引电机温升造成的影响,并提出了电机机座的优化设计与工艺改进建议,以期解决电机温升的情况。另外,本文应用有限元分析软件对牵引电机温度场变化进行了仿真分析,研究了空载运行状态下定子和转子的整体温度场分布,并分析了部分特殊位置点的温度,有助于全面了解电机内部的温升情况。
This paper based on the temperature rise of traction motor,knowing that there is a very close relationship between the temperature rise and the no-load loss value of motor after statistics.Then,through experimental verification and theoretical calculation,we analyze the temperature rise caused by the no-load loss to the temperature rise of traction motor,and put forward the optimal design and process improvement of motor base,hoping to solve the temperature rise of motor.In addition,this paper applies finite element analysis software to simulate and analyse the temperature field variation of the traction motor,and the overall temperature field distribution of stator and rotor in no-load running state is studied,with emphasis on the temperature situation of some special positions,which is more helpful to fully understand the internal temperature rise of the motor.
