入风口端盖开倒角与圆角对牵引电机温度的影响

摘要 以某具有定转子轴向通风孔风路结构的异步牵引电机为研究对象,根据计算流体动力学基本原理,对建立的基于流热耦合的电机传热特性分析计算模型进行迭代计算,揭示了牵引电机入风口端盖开倒角和圆角对电机通风散热的影响规律。研究表明,与原始电机相比,开倒角15°与圆角半径45mm的新型入风口端盖结构使电机定子绕组温升下降了约2.5K,电机的散热效率提高了约2.3%,为电机风路结构优化设计以提高电机散热效率提供了方法指导与参考依据。 Taking an asynchronous traction motor with the wind pathway structure of axial ventilation holes of stator and rotor as a research object,the established model of analyzing and calculating the heat transfer characteristics of the motor based on flow-heat coupling is iteratively calculated according to the basic principles of fluid dynamics.It reveals the influence law of the chamfering and rounding of air-inlet endshield on ventilation and heat dissipation of the traction motor.The research shows that the new structure of air-inlet endshield with a chamfer angle of 15°and a fillet radius of 45 mm can reduce the temperature rise of the stator windings about 2.5 K and then improve the heat dissipation efficiency of the motor about 2.3%compared with the original motor.It provides the method guidance and reference basis for optimization design of the wind pathway so as to improve the heat dissipation efficiency of the motor.
