摘要
目的:观察急性胰腺炎(AP)患者自我效能感水平的影响因素。方法:选取2020年3月—2022年5月莆田学院附属医院收治的70例AP患者。评价所有患者的自我效能感、创伤后成长水平、自我感受负担水平及社会支持水平,并收集所有患者一般资料。分析所有患者自我效能感,比较不同一般资料患者一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分,分析AP患者自我效能感水平的影响因素。结果:70例AP患者GSES评分为(23.36±3.19)分,处于中等水平。重症、非在职、创伤后成长低水平、自我感受负担中重度的AP患者GSES评分均低于轻症、在职、创伤后成长中高水平、自我感受负担轻度的AP患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重症、非在职、创伤后成长低水平、自我感受负担中重度均为AP患者自我效能水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:AP患者自我效能水平不高,可能受职业状况、创伤后成长、自我感受负担、病情程度等因素影响。临床应重点关注上述因素,并实施相应干预措施以提高AP患者自我效能感水平。
Objective:To observe the influencing factors of self-efficacy level in patients with acute pancreatitis(AP).Method:A total of 70 AP patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from March 2020 to May 2022 were selected.The self-efficacy,post-traumatic growth level,self-perceived burden level and social support levels of all patients were evaluated,and general data of all patients was collected.All patients'self-efficacy was analyzed,general self efficacy scale(GSES)scores of patients with different general data were compared,and factors influencing the level of self-efficacy of AP patients were analyzed.Result:The GSES score of the 70 AP patients was(23.36±3.19)points,which was in the middle level.The GSES scores of AP patients with severe,not in office,low posttraumatic growth level and moderate to severe self-perceived burden were lower than those of AP patients with mild,in office,medium to high post-traumatic growth level and mild self-perceived burden,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The factors affecting the level of self-efficacy in AP patients were severe,not in office,low level of post-traumatic growth and moderate to severe self-perceived burden(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-efficacy level of AP patients is not high,which may be affected by occupational conditions,post-traumatic growth,self-perceived burden,disease severity and other factors.Clinical practice should focus on the above factors and implement corresponding intervention measures to improve the self-efficacy level of AP patients.
