防水抗渗井筒施工技术

摘要 井筒井壁渗漏水有较强腐蚀性,直接影响井筒内设备、设施的安全运行和使用寿命,井筒成井后对井壁渗漏水治理多采用壁后注浆等方法,是被动治理措施且影响生产。以板石上青铁矿电梯井为例,在井筒掘凿期间,主动采用分段柔性帷幕疏导围岩渗漏水等措施来提升井筒防水抗渗性能,并总结了该类工程施工质量控制的关键点,为具有防水抗渗等特殊性能要求的井筒和硐室施工提供了工程借鉴。 Percolation water from the shaft wall is relatively strong corrosive,which directly affects the safe operation and service life of the equipment and facilities in the shaft.After the shaft is construction,percolation water from the shaft lining is mostly treated by grouting behind shaft lining,which is a passive treatment measure and affects the production.Taking the elevator shaft of Banshi shangqing Iron Mine as an example,measures such as sublevel flexible curtain to dredging percolation water of surrounding rock were actively adopted to improve the waterproof and impermeable performance of the shaft during shaft excavation,and the key points of construction quality control of this kind of engineering were summarized,which provided engineering reference for the construction of the shaft and chamber with special performance requirements such as waterproof and impermeable.
