职业本科校企协同育人的层次逻辑、现实困境与实践路径--以河北科技工程职业技术大学校企协同育人实践为例

摘要 随着智能制造引领产业升级成为主流,职业本科院校承担起体现创新与工匠精神的综合素养创新型人才培养这一艰巨任务。制造业转型下职业本科教育人才培养在层次逻辑上需要转变思维与方向、明确协人才培养层次定位、人才规格和培养模式。鉴于职业本科教育起步较晚,存在着校企协同育人机制体制不完善、与产业匹配度不够、创新融合度不高、评价机制缺乏等现实困境,结合河北科技工程职业技术大学校企协同育人实践案例,提出健全明晰政校企协同育人机制、共建“四个双向”协同育人模式和建立相应的评价指标体系。 As the intelligent manufacturing leads industrial upgrading into the mainstream,undergraduate vocational colleges and universities undertake the arduous task of cultivating innovative talents with comprehensive quality which reflects the spirit of innovation and craftsmanship.Under the transformation of the manufacturing industry,vocational undergraduate education needs to change its thinking and direction in terms of hierarchical logic,and clarify the positioning of talent cultivation level,talent specifications and cultivation mode.In view of the late start of vocational undergraduate education,there are realistic dilemmas,such as imperfect school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism and system,low match with the industry,inefficient integration of innovation,and lack of evaluation mechanism.This paper proposes that the mechanism of government-school-enterprise collaborative education should be improved and clarified and the"four two-way"collaborative education model and corresponding evaluation index system should be built,based on the case of collaborative education in Hebei Vocational University of Technology and Engineering.
