摘要
目的探讨胎儿外周静脉穿刺在产时子宫外处理技术(EXIT)的应用。方法回顾性分析20例接受产时子宫外处理技术治疗患者的临床资料。结果患者进行产时子宫外处理技术手术的主要原因为胎儿先天性肺囊腺瘤(50%),其次为先天性膈疝(20%)。胎儿静脉穿刺首次成功率为80%,再次成功率为100%。使用静脉通道患者平均年龄高于未使用患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);是否使用静脉通道、孕周、胎儿出生体重、胎儿疾病比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);使用静脉通道胎儿抢救成功率为50%。结论静脉留置针穿刺可以有效为胎儿手术中出现的应急并发症提供抢救条件,提高子宫外产时胎儿手术的成功率,提高医疗质量,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To investigate the application of fetal peripheral venipuncture in exutero intrapartum treatment(EXIT).Methods The clinical data of 20 cases who received exutero intrapartum treatment labor were analyzed retrospectively.Results The first success rate of fetal venipuncture was 80%,the second success rate was 100%.In patients with intravenous access,50%of fetuses were successfully saved.Conclusion Intravenous indentation needle puncture can effectively provide rescue conditions for various emergency complications in fetal surgery,improve the success rate of fetal surgery during extrauterine delivery and improve medical quality,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
