摘要
目的探讨以需求为导向,构建的医院骨干护士岗位能力与学习体系。方法调研、分析医院战略高层、医院中层、医护团队、骨干护士等4个维度对骨干护士岗位能力与学习的需求,建立骨干护士岗位能力体系和学习项目体系,持续6个月学习开发,评价骨干护士学习过程中的反应及学习效果,并对比传统培训和学习开发2种培训模式下骨干护士的岗位能力评价结果。结果医院骨干护士岗位能力体系包括基础能力、核心能力、发展能力。学习开发后骨干护士学习过程反应及学习效果考核达优秀水平,1年后骨干护士岗位基础能力、核心能力、发展能力评价均明显高于传统培训效果。结论以需求为导向,构建骨干护士岗位能力体系,设计与开发学习项目,可以显著提高骨干护士岗位能力和学习效果。
Objective Demand-oriented,build a key nurse post ability and learning system in the hospital.Methods Investigate and analyze the demand for the post ability and learning of backbone nurses in four dimensions:hospital strategic high-level,hospital middle level,medical team,and backbone nurses,establish a post ability system and a learning project system,continue to combine learning development for 6 months,evaluate the reaction and learning effect of backbone nurses in the learning process,and compare the post capabilities of backbone nurses in two methods:traditional training and demand-oriented learning system.Results The response and learning effect assessment of the backbone nurses in the learning process reached an excellent level,and the post ability system of the backbone nurses in the hospital included basic ability,core ability and development ability.Carry out a demand-oriented learning system,and evaluate the basic ability,core ability and development ability of the backbone nurse position after one year,which is significantly higher than the traditional training effect.Conclusion Demand-oriented,building a backbone nurse post ability system,and designing and developing learning projects can significantly improve the post ability and learning effect of backbone nurses.
