摘要
针对自密实混凝土在大流动度下易离析、泌水现象展开研究,通过改变矿粉、粉煤灰、硅灰和微珠的复掺比例,研究不同矿物掺合料掺量的调整对浆体工作性能影响。进行正交试验,研究各种掺合料对水泥浆体黏度和稠度的影响趋势,确定各种掺合料掺入的比例,通过进行种类或比例的动态调整,复配出针对浆体黏度和稠度不同要求的复合掺合料最佳配比,实现复合掺合料与功能性外加剂、胶凝材料体系的协同耦合作用,保证混凝土高流动性、良好的间隙通过能力及适宜的黏聚性。
A study is conducted on the phenomenon of segregation and bleeding of self-compacting concrete under high fluidity.By changing the composite ratio of mineral powder,fly ash,silica fume,and cenosphere,the effect of adjusting the amount of different mineral additives on the working performance of the slurry is studied.The orthogonal experiments are conducted to study the influence trend of various additives on the viscosity and consistency of concrete slurry,determine the proportion of various additives added,and dynamically adjust the type or proportion to compound the optimal ratio of composite admixtures for different requirements of slurry viscosity and consistency.It achieves the synergistic coupling effect of composite admixtures with functional admixtures and cementitious material systems,and ensures the concrete with high fluidity,good clearance passing ability and suitable adhesion.
