锂渣、石灰石粉自密实高强高性能混凝土研究 被引量:7

摘要 研究了掺入超磨细锂渣、石灰石粉复合掺合料对混凝土工作性和强度的影响。研究证实,锂渣掺至15%时,可明显改善混凝土工作性,提高其强度,配制出坍落度272mm,坍落流动度731mm,工作性能优良的混凝土。在低水胶比下,混凝土3d抗压强度为59.5MPa,28d为79.0MPa,90d达98.5MPa。锂渣与石灰石粉复掺时,能置换45%的水泥,单方混凝土水泥用量仅330kg,且混凝土能达到自密实高强的水平。 In this article,authors study the influence of ultra-fine lithium slag and lime stone powder addition on the working performance and mechanical properties of high-strength self-compacting concrete. Study indicates that adding 15 percent lithium slag can obviously improve the fluidity, and the compression strength of concrete will also be improved. It can develops the high-performance concrete whose slump was 272mm, and slump flow was 731mm. The compression strength of concrete with low water-cement ratio can reach 59.5MPa in 3 days,79.0MPa in 28 days, and 98.5MPa in 90 days. Equivalent replacement of cement with lithium slag and lime stone admixture reached 45 %, and the quantity of cement per meter cube was reduced to 330kg/m^3. And it can develop the self-compacting high strength concrete.
