回采面过应力区顶板联合支护技术应用

摘要 基于韩家洼煤矿22201工作面在回采过程中受集中应力影响,产生工作面端面距加大、煤壁片帮、顶板破碎等现象,严重威胁着工作面安全高效推进的问题,合理分析了工作面顶板破碎以及煤壁片帮机理,并根据生产现状提出了“吊梁勾顶+强制注浆+预埋钢梁+自锁式锚杆”等综合顶板控制技术。通过实际应用效果来看,采取联合支护技术后,工作面端面距控制在0.4 m以下,煤壁片帮长度控制在1.5 m以下、深度控制在0.5 m以下,工作面在应力区回采速度提高至6.5 m/d,取得了显著应用成效。 Based on the fact that the concentrated stresses in the retrieval process of 22201 working face of Hanjiawa coal mine have increased the distance between the working face ends,the coal wall flakes and the roof plate is broken,which seriously threaten the safe and efficient advancement of the working face,the mechanism of roof plate broken and coal wall flakes is reasonably analyzed,and the integrated roof control technology such as"hanging beam hooked roof+forced grouting+pre-buried steel beam According to the current production situation,a comprehensive roof control technology such as"boom hooking+forced grouting+pre-built steel beam"was proposed.Through the practical application effect,affer adopting the joint support technology,the working face end distance is controlled below 0.4 m,the coal wall flake length is controlled below 1.5 m,the depth is controlled below 0.5 m,and the working face recovery speed in the stress zone is increased to 6.5 m/d,which has achieved significant application effect.
