摘要
目的运用人文关怀护理模式对社区老年慢性阻塞性肺炎患者护理的效果观察。方法将2021年1月至2022年12月收入本社区的110例老年慢性阻塞性肺炎患者作为此次研究对象,按治疗措施的不同均分为对照组、观察组,每组各55例。对照组为常规护理组,观察组为人文关怀护理组,对比护理成果。结果从数据可见,观察组患者的生活质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,患者对疾病的认识更为全面,在疾病健康知识知晓率上观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,对比患者焦虑和抑郁情绪中,可见HAMA和HAMD量表评分以观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。最后,在对护理人员以及医院服务综合评价中,观察组患者给予其更高的肯定,且满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀护理应用于老年慢性阻塞性肺炎患者中的临床疗效较为理想,对患者存在的不良情绪亦有积极改善效果,同时改善了患者的生活质量,增加了患者对疾病的正确理解和认识。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia,and further analyze the rehabilitation effect of patients with humanistic care.Methods 110 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia who were admitted to the community from January 2021 to December 2022 were taken as the subjects of this study,and were divided into 55 cases group of control group and observation group according to different treatment measures.The control group was routine nursing,the observation group was humanistic care nursing,and the nursing results were compared.Results From the data,the quality of life score of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,patients have a more comprehensive understanding of disease,and the awareness rate of disease health knowledge in the observation group is higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the scores of HAMA and HAMD scales in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Finally,in the comprehensive evaluation of nursing staff and hospital services,the observation group gave a higher affirmation,and the satisfaction was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the elderly patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia,the clinical effect of humanistic care nursing is ideal,and it can also improve the patients'negative emotions,improve the patients'quality of life,and increase the patients'correct understanding and understanding of the disease.
