摘要
目的了解人性化护理干预对老年慢性阻塞性肺炎患者生活质量的影响。方法将我院2018年1月至2018年12月收治的60例老年慢性阻塞性肺炎患者随机分组。给予常规化护理干预组患者常规化护理干预,给予人性化护理干预组患者人性化护理干预。比较两组的护理效果。结果人性化护理干预组患者的满意度比常规化护理干预组更高,P<0.05。护理前,两组患者肺功能指标监测水平以及生活质量测评值接近,P>0.05;护理后,人性化护理干预组患者的肺功能指标监测水平以及生活质量测评值优于常规化护理干预组,P<0.05。与常规化护理干预组相比,人性化护理干预组患者对疾病的认知程度、治疗的依从性、住院诊疗的时间更具优势,P<0.05。人性化护理干预组无护理纠纷,而常规化护理干预组有6例护理纠纷,P<0.05。结论对老年慢性阻塞性肺炎患者实施人性化护理干预的效果确切,可有效提高患者对自身疾病的认知,并提高治疗的依从性,改善肺功能和生活质量,缩短诊疗时间,提高满意度,减少医疗纠纷。
Objective To understand the impact of humanized nursing intervention on the quality of life of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia.Methods The 60 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into groups.Patients in the routine nursing intervention group were given routine nursing intervention,and patients in the humanized nursing intervention group were given humanized nursing intervention.Compare the nursing eff ect of the two groups.Results The satisfaction of patients in the humanized nursing intervention group was higher than that of the routine nursing intervention group,P<0.05.Before nursing,the pulmonary function index monitoring level and quality of life evaluation value of the two groups of patients were close,P>0.05;after nursing,the pulmonary function index monitoring level and quality of life evaluation value of patients in the humanized nursing intervention group were better than those of the routine nursing intervention group,P<0.05.Compared with the routine nursing intervention group,patients in the humanized nursing intervention group had more advantages in terms of disease awareness,treatment compliance,and hospitalization time,P<0.05.There were no nursing disputes in the humanized nursing intervention group,while there were 6 nursing disputes in the routine nursing intervention group,P<0.05.Conclusion Humanized nursing intervention for elderly patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia is eff ective,it can eff ectively improve patients'awareness of their own diseases,improve treatment compliance,improve lung function and quality of life,shorten diagnosis and treatment time,improve satisfaction,and reduce medical disputes.
