摘要
人才培养模式是高校在人才培养过程中建立起来的一种相对稳定的关系样态,对人才培养质量产生重大影响。通过总结归纳和梳理国内高校人才培养模式,借鉴其他高校经验,探索民族地区高校经济管理类“三三一三”人才培养模式,详细剖析该模式的内涵、培养目标和培养类型,提出具体的培养路径。民族地区高校为了培养具有社会责任感、创新实践能力、国际视野和跨文化素质的经济管理创新人才,可以根据“宽口径、厚基础、重能力、求创新”的培养理念,着力科学确定“三能”培养目标和“三型”培养类型,构建“三时段一贯通”人才培养路径,明确“培养目标—培养要求—课程体系”之间的内在逻辑和有效支撑,完善科学、规范、开放的课程体系。
Talent cultivation model is a relatively stable relationship pattern during the talent cultivation process in universities.Different models applied have significantly different impact on the quality of talent cultivation.By summarizing and sorting out the major cultivating models adopted by Chinese universities,and learning from the experience of the universities in other areas in China,this paper explores a cultivating model of“Three-Three-One-Three”for the teaching of economics and management in universities in ethnic minority areas,and proposes a cultivating path based on the analysis of the connotation,training objectives,training types and training methods of this model.To cultivate innovative economic and managing talents who possess a sense of social responsibility,innovative practical ability,international vision,and intercultural quality,universities in minority areas should carry out the cultivation philosophy of“wide entrance,solid foundation,attaching importance to competence,and seeking innovation”,scientifically define the cultivation goals of“three abilities”and“three types”of training,construct the cultivation path of“consistent three-stages”,clarify the intrinsic logic and effective support for the“cultivation goals,training requirements,and curriculum system”,and perfect the scientific,normative and open curriculum system.
