摘要
目的:探究养心平脉汤配合针灸治疗气阴两虚兼血瘀型胸痹心痛的临床疗效及对患者中医症状积分和心电图指标的影响。方法:79例慢性稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组40例,对照组39例。两组均予西药基础治疗,对照组加针灸治疗,治疗组在针灸治疗基础上,加予养心平脉汤,两组均治疗8周。比较两组临床疗效。比较两组中医症状积分、心电图ST-T指标、心功能、血管内皮功能指标变化及不良反应。结果:治疗后,治疗组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中医症状积分,心电图ST-T段压低最大值、压低导联数及LVESD、LVEDD均较治疗前下降且低于对照组(P<0.05),LVEF、CI均较治疗前升高且高于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:养心平脉汤配合针灸可提高气阴两虚兼血瘀型胸痹心痛患者临床疗效,改善患者症状及血管内皮功能,促进心功能恢复。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Yangxin Pingmai decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of qi-yin deficiency and blood stasis type of chest stuffiness and pains(angina pectoris)and its influence on TCM symptoms scores and electrocardiogram indicators.Methods:79 patients chronic stable angina pectoris were divided into treatment group(40 cases)and control group(39 cases).Both groups were given basic western medicine therapy,and the control group was added with acupuncture and moxibustion while the treatment group was given Yangxin Pingmai decoction on the basis of acupuncture and moxibustion.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy and changes of TCM symptoms scores,electrocardiogram ST-T indicators,cardiac function indicator and vascular endothelial function indicators were compared between the two groups,and the adverse reactions of the two groups during treatment were recorded.Results:After treatment,the clinical effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,the maximum depression of the electrocardiogram ST-T segment,the number of depressed leads,LVESD and LVEDD were all decreased compared to before treatment and were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The LVEF and CI were both increased compared to before treatment and were higher than the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion:Yangxin Pingmai decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can enhance the clinical efficacy of chest stuffiness and pains of qi-yin deficiency and blood stasis type,improve the symptoms and vascular endothelial function,and promote the recovery of cardiac function.
